- Delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch (estimate)

- Tracking: emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us
- Insurance: every shipment is covered
Orders outside the United States may attract import duties set by the destination country. Those are not included in our prices.
60-Day Fit Guarantee
Wear them, wash them. If the fit is wrong within 60 days, email your order number and the size you need. We send the replacement free and you keep the original pair — nothing to return.
Returns
Outside the fit guarantee we accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrect, started within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging; socks must be unworn, unwashed and unopened.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Email info@everstride-socks.online with your order number, what went wrong and photos if it arrived damaged. Wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Where the fault is ours, we cover return shipping.
Cancellations
Full refund any time before dispatch. Once the carrier has the parcel we cannot stop it.
